I THOUGHT I’VE already seen the most overloaded public commuter’s transports in the world. In my mind the record holder can be determined through a toss coin between the Philippines and India.
And then I saw this on a colleague’s desktop PC wallpaper the other day. My jaw literally dropped, as in, “Whoa! This is unbelievable!!!”
