Master Chef “home” edition

IMG_0802WE HAVE two budding chefs at home. And this is their first attempt at preparing Japanese cuisine.

Guided by the latest addition in their mom’s cookbook collection, and ably assisted by their two ates, Johan and Marielle boldly accepted the challenge: Homemade MAKI.

My most objective verdict (taking into account the fact they had to heavily improvise both on ingredients and cookware):

    • Presentation: 10/10
    • Taste: 8/10
    • Consistency: 9/10
