Apparently, there is a proper timing even to as mundane a task as drinking water. The more I think about it the more this advice makes sense. †So let’s give it a try!

Correct timing to drink water will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.
- Two (2) glasses of water – After waking up -† Helps activate internal organs
- One (1) glass of water† – 30 minutes before meal – Help digestion
- One (1) glass of water – Before taking a bath – Helps lower blood pressure
- One (1) glass of water – Before sleep† – To avoid stroke or heart attack
