Pinoy Sign Language

We, Filipinos, are well known for our sense of humor. †We can find — and create — humor in almost anything. †We also love to laugh at each other’s slightest of faults, not really meaning to demean a fellow Filipino but just to have a good laugh. †Other cultures may find this difficult to believe and comprehend but it is so true. †We laugh even at the people closest to us — our spouses, siblings, kids, friends, colleagues — when they may mistakes. †We even laugh at our own mistakes!

Signages and other business markings are among the richest sources of good laughs. †Our command of English grammar and spelling is not perfect, but we communicate very well. †We even manage to make humor in the process!

Many collections have already been made, but many new ones are added every day. †You may have already seen some of the ones featured herewith. †Or maybe not. †But even if you already saw them before I am sure they can still manage to coax at least a smile from you. †But go ahead and laugh out loud if you must, else it will find its way someplace else, LOL.

  2. sirking1991 says:

usually you will see “Mag ingat sa aso” signs, i found one that says:
“mag ingat sa may ari ng aso”

    and also

“bawal mag tapon ng pera dito” instead of “bawal mag tapon ng basura dito” and my favorite

“subukan mong umihi dito” instead of “bawal umihi dito”
