Pepper Rice
If you happen to visit PowerPlant Mall in Rockwell and you get hungry I recommend you try Pepper Rice. †It’s on one end of PowerPlant on the same level as Rustan’s Supermarket (I am not sure if that’s ground floor or basement level).
Their best sellers are Beef Pepper Rice and Chicken Pepper Rice. †I particularly like Beef Pepper Rice, and in two consecutive opportunities to eat there I ordered the same. †You may be tempted to order a double serving of beef. †Don’t. †The basic single serving is just right.
