A yellow ribbon tied from our words of love
THE outpouring of support for Pres. Corazon Aquino is heartwarming. †Albeit impersonal, the yellow ribbons we see all around us — in cars, trees, fences, shirts — are an unequivocal expression of love and gratitude to the simple woman with a big heart who gave a diminished country back its dignity.
Now let’s get a little bit more personal. †Let’s extend our messages of faith, hope, and love to Pres. Cory and her family IN WORDS!
