- Have a CLEAR AGENDA explaining the objective of the meeting.
- Identify a CHAIR PERSON for every meeting.
- Only INVITE PEOPLE with a clear role (e.g., experts, decision makers)
- Send a PRE- READ 2 days in advance and ask attendees to prepare.
- Start the meeting on time; don’t wait for LATE COMERS.
- Switch off PHONES AND LAPTOPS.
- Aim for 30-MINUTE meetings.
- Limit your presentations to 10 SLIDES max.
- Send out ACTION POINTS only. Flow up one on one or via email.
- No meetings on FRIDAYS.
