Dine like a President

I’VE NEVER BEEN good at remembering names of people. †I hardly forget a face (especially a really cute one) but I’m a dumb-ass with names. †Not so when it comes to names of eating places. †Usually I can quickly recall names of restaurants and food joints, especially if I really enjoyed the food the last time I’ve been there.

One such place is President Tea House behind Mall of Asia. †It is in the same row as the new “dampa” in MOA. †I think the whole place between MOA and the sea wall is collectively known as San Miguel by the Bay. †Another popular joint in the area is Hooters.

The Boys and Girls of P. Campa had a Blue Moon reunion there shortly before Christmas. †I really liked the food. †The servings were also quite generous and — although I did not foot the bill — I believe the food is quite reasonably priced, too. †Exactly the kind of place I will probably remember for a very long time.

Of course the other reason I will not easily forget President Tea House is the superb gourmet photography made by my friend, Mann Marvil. †See for yourself.
