WHAT DO GEEKS do on a weekend outing?
Solve Mensa puzzles? †Join a Rubik’s Cube competition? †Exchange notes on Star Trek? †Go to a park, sit on a circle, open their laptops, connect wirelessly to the Internet and play ìInternet Heartsî? †
Apparently, none of the above is the idea of a weekend outing for the geeks of Delbros, Inc.
How about doing the following?† 40-foot Wall Climbing. †40-foot-high, 50-foot-long Flying Fox.† 30-foot Canopy Walk. †30-foot Horizontal Ladder. †40-foot Rapel, 30-foot Free Fall.† Challenge Valley.
Thatís more like it.
Members of the Delbros Systems Services Group (IT Department) pretended they are ten-year-old Boy Scouts and bravely faced their biggest fears when they spent the whole day on November 8 at the†Philippine Scouting Center for Asia Pacific Region, located at the foot of the fabled Mt. Makiling in†Los BaÒos, Laguna.††For the†Geek Scouts of Delbros, fear is not a factor.
